Arrange post-accident drug testing for every injured worker, per your policy and state requirements.
Complete the Employer’s First Report of Injury and submit it to UBIC / URS promptly.
Where you can, provide modified or light-duty work within the employee’s restrictions to support recovery.
If the injury is serious or life-threatening, call 911 first, then report the claim once the employee is safe.
Claims on DTU and FDI policies are handled by Risk Administration Services (RAS):
